About the Help Ticket System
For a fixed monthly fee, we will update and improve your website on a regular basis.
Websites become outdated from the day they are launched.
Some customers say, “I can update it in-house (by myself),” but in reality, it is rare for them to do so regularly. As a result, in two to three years, the content, design, and system of the website will become outdated and require “renewal.
This is not a good way to get the most out of your website. Regular updates (content, design, and systems) are necessary to keep the website in top shape.
The “Help Ticket System” is a cost-effective and efficient way to update your website on a regular basis. Within a set amount of time each month, we will work with you to keep your website up-to-date and looking its best.

Example: For a $320 help ticket
- You can request up to 4.5 hours of work.
- The contract is for 12 months.
- If you are a first-time customer, you can change or cancel your Help Ticket plan during the first two months.
- You can change your Help Ticket plan at the time of your 12-month renewal.
- Unused monthly hours cannot be carried over.
- You cannot carry over hours, but you can borrow up to 2 months in advance.
- For example, if 4.5 hours is not enough for this month, you can request 4.5 hours for next month.
- You may request additional hours.
- We will give you a quote for $70~100/hour or per project.
- The cost depends on the request.
